Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the material taken down;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy and take strict actions against violators. Those who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their accounts terminated.
